It's impossible to implement this perfectly

I'll improve the current implementation to also detect touches on the SVG, since it was not capturing those.

I improved the touch interface detection. Now, if the user's first touch is on a node, then the detection should fire before the tooltip is rendered. I don't exactly know what I did to make it work, but at least it worked on dev tools in Chrome, haven't tested it yet on mobile.
Note that the touch detection does not work for browsers that don't implement the Touch Events API.
