[bug] Graph erased when 0 credits selected in filter

Open filters, select 0 in credits filter. Graph is erased.

[bug] Graph is centered every time a control is changed

[bug] Simulation is slow and blocks UI for large graphs

Running the simulation for large graphs is computationally heavy and freezes the UI. We should use static force layout as described in d3 force docs, perhaps even computing it with a web worker to avoid freezing the UI

[bug] Changing controls in table view causes transition error

[bug] Entire container area of network action buttons not selectable

Consequently, the user is unable to interact with the graph in that area.

[bug] Simulation is reheated every time node color or size is changed

Reheating is unnecessary because the data isn't changing. However, it is necessary for grouping since we want the nodes to cluster.
