Reproduce this summary figure in python. Related to #1.

We are looking for the option, to implement full functional sliders to the static jupyter-notebook-page. Some advices for interactivity are given here, or here.

• What does the group "tides" represent and what are variables (A24u, p12u, etc ...)
• How do I handle the "phony_dim_#"?

I have problems updating my environment:

At first the 'solving envirenment' takes more than two hours. then this message says that I would have no permission. @kuchaale Do you know a simple fix, other than completly reinstalling my conda environment?

I tried making a summary script. By only using layouts of hvplot or rather holoviews, it is only possible to make symmetrical layouts. The four plots may only be arranged either one or two per row. GridSpec would help this problem, but then the transition from hvplot to html wouldn't work.

• read variable /wind/u and /wind/v from one of these datasets
• prepare static version of the figure
• prepare interactive version of the figure
• take into account zonal (/wind/u_err) and meridional (/wind/v_err) error
