Mutation for faculty accounts which checks whether the problem for which theyre trying to edit the question exists and then edits the question

Forgot password says "Back to Forgot". Change it to "Back to Home".

• A view for sending the email to the registered email
• A handler for sending the email with a token
• A view for resetting the password with the token

Views for faculty, coordinator and admin to view their specific problem reports

when a person clicks report problem with a question, the instance should be created

Some variables get changed when we're working on the dev environment but they must be constant in the production environment (in the server). Setting up the repo involves making sure that no matter what gets changed in the pull requests, those variables dont get changed when merging both branches.
Research needs to be done on how this is to be achieved as well as which variables we need to preserve in master (production branch) which ones we don't.
