Description: Agent Image is not showing inside initial ticket thread.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Agent create a ticket on behalf of the customer from their own panel
  2. Check at ticket page at initial thread customer image is showing instead of agent profile.

Add auto/soft refresh on ticket threads view

Description
Besides CTRL-R, it would be nice to have a soft (ajax) refresh button for the threads list.
Maybe a global toggle to auto refresh any kind of new messages/notification.

Example

  • John (manager): Bob, have you processed all your messages ?
  • Bob (junior staff member): well yes nothing on my screen boss !
  • John (manager): Have you refresh your page ?
  • Bob (junior staff member): ...

Cannot disable knowledgebase

checkbox is not working which disallow the user to access knowledgebase website
if I disable this option, still user access website.

Missed mobile menu to login, Missed operator three dots menù in a ticket

Issue Description

Customer side
Ticket seing from a mobile miss the right mobile menù, the menù is present but not visible.
If the user click on the right a menù with also the login and contact button is showed but in the open source there is no visible button on top right.

Operator side:
If a ticket is opened no three dots menù for delete the ticket and do other action are showed, in mobile.

  • add the folder which name at least contains more than 3 words
  • add folder and category in the article
  • click on article
  • check the folder name in the left sidebar at article list
