Auto select path for local and docker builds
Path to grammar files is currently manually set. This needs to derived based on the ENV at runtime.
This issue is related to #27
Grammar directory should be accessible outside of web app
We need the athanor server file references to the grammar directory to be independent of the server code, such that the grammar directory could be a default set in the application.conf file, but overridden with a environment variable or runtime flag. The files in the grammar directory need to be updated independently of the server code
Need to handle log messages from Athanor library
Return tags as JSON
Add Travis CI Integration

Organise scripts directory to separate grammar, programme, and test files
Constituent tree needs to reference nodes rather than words

we need a new configurable endpoint for Athanor that allows certain Athanor variables (like the program file and the function name) to be set as endpoint variables.
