Employee Management System

This is a simple system to help administrators manage their employees.

Installation

The best and easiest way to install and run the APP is to use Docker Desktop.

After installation, you just need to run the following commands

docker-compose build

docker-compose up -d

After the above code completed successfully, the APP is reachable using localhost:3000

Manual installation

Requirements

  • NodeJS version 16.10 and above
  • MongoDB latest version

Front End

The front end app has been generated using Angular CLI version 13.3.3.

Installation

Run the following commands

  • npm install
  • npm run build

Back End

The back end app has been generated using NestJS CLI version 8.2.5.

Installation and Run the App

Just run the following commands

  • npm install
  • npm run start:prod
