A venture to help all the moms out there

Introduction

Pregnant women face a lot of difficulties from health related problems to mental stress. Most of the time, they don't know what to do. What women tend to do is go on the internet and try things that are really not safe. Most of this information is not validated. So we have come up with an app, a companion app for all the women out there. This is Project Maa.

Key features

• Three different logins for women, doctors and non-governmental organisations
• Meetups can be organised by NGOs and Doctors
• The app has a dashboard that shows lots of information regarding the health of the woman and baby, such as expected due date, required weight etc.
• Tips based on the week of pregnancy in which the woman is in, for her and her baby's health.
• Reminders for medicines, checkups and meetups.
• A forum in which women can put up questions and discuss various problems and issues. Doctors can also join in and give relevant input.
• A timeline showing weekly details of the mother and baby, giving a detailed view to the user.
• A special section of exercises for pregnant women.
• Information regarding healthy diet, do's and don'ts etc.
• A panic button that send out an SOS message to listed emergency contacts
