Not able to printout outgoing response at the moment - we may need to separately implement a wrapper for writing to http.ResponseWriter.

Using net/http/httptest, research on how to implement:

• unit testing with controller(whether it handles DTO well)
• integration testing with controller, service, persistence layers
• acceptance testing
