Ambulance Tracking App

About the Project

The ambulance tracking app is a one-stop solution in case of a medical emergency. In such cases we usually call the hospital to provide for an ambulance but through this app we will be able to have a list of all the nearby hospitals along with their average cost of expenditure and can choose which ambulance to book. We will be able to locate the nearest available ambulance in real-time and request emergency medical assistance with a simple tap. Through this app we can provide accurate and up-to-date information about the emergency to the ambulance service and can receive notifications and updates regarding the estimated time of arrival.

Create all the screens of app for AMBULANCE DRIVER view after user logs in/ signs in.

List names of all hospitals within 10 km radius of the client along with the contact numbers of hospitals

Can use Google Maps APIs

Create APIs for hospital information

Create a button for direct booking of ambulance for each hospital

When the user taps the name of hospital, he/she should see an option to instantly book the ambulance.

Integrate live location of the ambulance in the app

Once booked, users must be able to see the live location of ambulance.

Improve Navbar CSS and rectify minor issues in Navbar

pre-existing Navbar.css and Navbar.js can have some minor but significant improvements.

Create the UI of user- Client

The client is the main user here. Refer other issues to see the functionalities.

Create a login/signup screen with 3 views- Hospital, Driver, Client

When a user uses the app, he/she must be able to login/ sign up as: Hospital- to receive notification regarding booking of ambulance from client, Driver- to receive notification about the booking, Client- who is the main user here.

Improve the readme.md

Here i propose to make the readme elaborate by adding an elaborate way to open a pr and set up the project as well as shell commands so that anyone starting out with the project can start out easily

Create a feedback slot for all users

All users must be able to provide their feedback. They will be stored in database for future optimization of the app.

Add backend connectivity to the HOSPITAL view

Add an option to send/receive notification

1. Auto generate the notification. Standard notification once the ambulance leaves for destination, along with time of arrival and when ambulance leaves for hospital.
2. Notification for hospital which includes the situation of patient and any other detail (optional)

Create profile section of the app for user

The profile section must include all the information of the user including contact number, email id, etc
Also include the history of app usage which contains date, time, Ambulance number, driver name, driver's number, hospital name, hospital's contact information, time of arrival of ambulance, etc.
Can use other relevant information.

Create a collection in MongoDB named 'Bookings' for all CLIENTS in real time

The database must contain all the details of the Client, the hospital and the driver/ambulance, including how much time was take by the ambulance to reach the destination and then hospital.

Create a database in MongoDB named 'Feedback' to store the feedbacks.

The database must contain all the details of the Client, the hospital and the driver/ambulance, including how much time was take by the ambulance to reach the destination and then hospital, feedback from clients, etc.
