서울 부동산 데이터를 활용하여 매매가격 조회

프로젝트 진행 배경

  • 배경
    • 최근 부동산에 관심이 많아진 시장흐름에 맞게 가격 예측을 진행하고자 프로젝트를 진행하게 되었음.
  1. 서울 열린데이터광장에서 CSV파일을 다운받아 진행

  • 서울시 부동산 전월세가 정보

데이터를 활용

  1. 데이터 적재

    • PostgreSQL을 활용하여 데이터 적재를 진행함

  2. 사용 모델

    • LinearRegression

  3. flask를 활용하여 어플리케이션 제작 진행

    • 면적을 입력하면 가격이 나오는 어플 제작완료

추후 정제한 전,월세 데이터를 활용할 방법을 확인해 매매가, 전,월세 보증금을 확인하는 모델 제작 목표
