A fresh pull doesn't seem to work, using Unity 2021.3.31f1 (LTS)
We keep getting post processing errors
Missing shader. PostProcessPass render pass will not execute. Check for missing reference in the renderer resources.
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)
and the game keeps starting in Spanish and doesn't want to continue from there.
Addressables 1.20.0 has new features (i.e. the new content update workflow)

Anchors are not correctly set for the "Loading..." text, the progress bar and the Play button
Running the demo on a clean install will load Spanish as the default language and nothing happens when you push the play button on the Loading screen. This is because there is now a RemoteConfigGO object, and it's default values do not work if no RemoteConfig values are fetched.
After fixing this in my own install, the documentation needs to be updated with the following steps to run the project:
