reactor-typescript-boilerplate's Introduction

Ext JS Reactor Boilerplate

Greenkeeper badge

A foundation for React apps that use Ext JS components, in TypeScript.

Requirements

  • Ext JS 6.2+
  • Sencha Cmd 6.2+

Quick Start

If you haven't already, download Ext JS 6.2+ and Sencha Cmd 6.2+ (and install it).

Then, run the following to clone and build the project:

git clone https://github.com/unional/reactor-typescript-boilerplate.git

cd reactor-typescript-boilerplate
npm install

Copy your Ext JS SDK into packages/reactor-boilerplate/ext, then run:

npm start

This will build and server the app using webpack-dev-server. The build is done when you see the following line:

[INF] Waiting for changes...

You can view the app by pointing your browser to http://localhost:8081

You can also run and serve a production build using:

npm run build
npm run prod

Action required: Greenkeeper could not be activated 🚨

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on all branches of this repository. 🚨

To enable Greenkeeper, you need to make sure that a commit status is reported on all branches. This is required by Greenkeeper because we are using your CI build statuses to figure out when to notify you about breaking changes.

Since we did not receive a CI status on the greenkeeper/initial branch, we assume that you still need to configure it.

If you have already set up a CI for this repository, you might need to check your configuration. Make sure it will run on all new branches. If you don’t want it to run on every branch, you can whitelist branches starting with greenkeeper/.

We recommend using Travis CI, but Greenkeeper will work with every other CI service as well.

Once you have installed CI on this repository, you’ll need to re-trigger Greenkeeper’s initial Pull Request. To do this, please delete the greenkeeper/initial branch in this repository, and then remove and re-add this repository to the Greenkeeper integration’s white list on Github. You'll find this list on your repo or organization’s settings page, under Installed GitHub Apps.

Bad webpack config?

I tried npm run start and the following happened:

Invalid configuration object. Webpack has been initialised using a configuration object that does not match the API schema.
 - configuration has an unknown property 'ts'. These properties are valid:
   object { amd?, bail?, cache?, context?, dependencies?, devServer?, devtool?, entry, externals?, loader?, module?, name?, node?, output?, performance?, plugins?, profile?, recordsInputPath?, recordsOutputPath?, recordsPath?, resolve?, resolveLoader?, stats?, target?, watch?, watchOptions? }
   For typos: please correct them.
   For loader options: webpack 2 no longer allows custom properties in configuration.
     Loaders should be updated to allow passing options via loader options in module.rules.
     Until loaders are updated one can use the LoaderOptionsPlugin to pass these options to the loader:
     plugins: [
       new webpack.LoaderOptionsPlugin({
         // test: /\.xxx$/, // may apply this only for some modules
         options: {
           ts: ...
         }
       })
     ]
 - configuration.module has an unknown property 'preLoaders'. These properties are valid:
   object { exprContextCritical?, exprContextRecursive?, exprContextRegExp?, exprContextRequest?, loaders?, noParse?, rules?, unknownContextCritical?, unknownContextRecursive?, unknownContextRegExp?, unknownContextRequest?, unsafeCache?, wrappedContextCritical?, wrappedContextRecursive?, wrappedContextRegExp?, strictExportPresence? }
   Options affecting the normal modules (`NormalModuleFactory`).
 - configuration.resolve.extensions[0] should not be empty.
