This python script is used to transfer files from a GUI host to a CLI host. It displays a file chooser, when selecting a file it copies the base64 encoded file to the clipboard. It also concatenates the command 'base64 --decode' to decode the input leaving the file in its original encoding redirecting the output to a file with the original name and extension.
