Link to script to download updated data

In attempting to run a new instance of Torflow I found that you likely used an old commit of https://github.com/dgoulet/tor-parser to get the CSV files. The bundled data is very old and I don't see anywhere where you explain how to obtain up to date relay lists, so I've forked the tor-parser repo and reverted back to compatible commit. https://github.com/aphick/tor-parser
It would be good to either bundle this script in bin, or link to it somewhere in the documentation.

Improve circuit selection algorithm to rely on more than just bandwidth

Currently, path selection is simulated by bandwidth only. We can improve on this by following the path selection guidelines:

  • We do not choose the same router twice for the same path.
  • We do not choose any router in the same family as another in the same path. (Two routers are in the same family if each one lists the other in the "family" entries of its descriptor.)
  • We do not choose more than one router in a given /16 subnet.
  • We don't choose any non-running or non-valid router unless we have been configured to do so. By default, we are configured to allow non-valid routers in "middle" and "rendezvous" positions.
  • The first node must be a Guard node.

No fallback content if the user doesn't have WebGL

At some point, the computer I'm currently on didn't do WebGL (this seems to have changed recently - I'm filing this on the assumption that no one has noticed and this is still an issue). At the time, I noticed that TorFlow didn't have any fallback content for this case, and the only reason I knew WebGL was broken was because I looked at the Web Console. This omission seems unfortunate.
