una-nota's Issues

feat: subheading font style

Heading font style should be optimized for 4-6em, but subheadings will fall into the range of 1-4em and should be optimized to suit. Thus, a separate font style within the Una Nota family would be necessary.

fix: arm length on "E" and "F" glyphs

The stylization of the font's first iteration is only suitable to a limited set of use cases; to generalize its use, the width of glyphs should be more consistent, most notably with the reduction in arm length on the "E" and "F" glyphs.

fix: stroke width matching

Assuming Nota is meant to be paired with Script, and they are both intended to be in a handwritten style, the stroke widths on Nota should match those on Script, scaled to the relative sizes. This may require some testing, but relative baseline ratio is 4-6:1.

fix: stem width consistency

In the interest of clearly defining font weights, and to simplify hinting and horizontal metrics, stem widths should be adjusted to be more consistent.

feat: italic font style

Adding an italic font to the family would increase usability as a heading font.
