Add a Section to Troubleshoot in the Server Requirements

In different groups we had the same problems. I think it is a good idea to add a section to describe the Troubleshooting:

Known Troubleshoots:

Server use wrong NsIdx for BrowseName.

Showcase - New connection mechanism - OPC UA PubSub

The showcase is going to be extended with a second data ingestion path.

Instead of OPC UA server/client (TCP/UA binary) and the aggregation server (datahub) in the middle the showcase participants can also directly publish MQTT (UA JSON) to the showcase MQTT broker.

Describe the setup and requirements for an OPC UA Publisher (broker access, topic structure, datasets) to publish direct.

This is planned to available in time for AMB Fair in Stuttgart 2022.

Document all MachineTypes for the https://showcase.umati.org site.

Add IJT showcase specification details

The IJT Tightening Systems spec in implemented.
Please describe and document what are the requirements to integrate a OPC UA server.

Update Showcase Specification - PlasticsRubber

With #37 the first release of PlasticsRubber was integrated.
Currently a few formatting issues are present.
Also include answered questions from the Onboarding meetings.

Problem connecting opcua server to datahub

Trying to connect an OPC UA server to the datahub through the application https://fairconnect.umati.app/owner

We keep getting this error on the app:

We ve disabled every firewall / antivirus between both applications. We ve also checked that other clients connect successfully to the server (UAExpert, Prosys, OPCSampleClient). If you could give us some input to solve this issue.
