Support the browser

This currently doesn't work on the browser because undine bindings remain in sites like

https://esm.sh/ranmess

https://cdn.skypack.dev/ranmess

Even with the "browser" property on the package.json

My current Idea is to wait until Node stops needing the experimental flag for global fetch, and just support versions wich has global fetch. In this way, we can drop undici shims.

Other ideas are welcome!
