not able to compile on mac OS X

well, I went through the readme file. somewhere in the middle of the text it asks for downloading something from this website:
http://www.software.hp.com/ia64linux
first of all this link is depreciated. with some search I realised that firstly I need rpm. so I installed it using brew install rpm. then I realised that maybe pro64 is the open64, as most of the links came up with that package. I tried installing open64 but apparently they do not support Apple mac OS X (darwin)
I would appreciate if you could help me install the compiler on my mac.
