签名算法写的不详细，看不懂应该怎么自己生成签名、传入哪些参数

签名算法中，只提到了PublicKey 和 PrivateKey，示例中的Action、region是哪里的参数，客户没有买主机的时候，完全看不懂，也无法验证自己的签名是否正确。
建议在签名算法中，先说下签名算法，都需要哪些参数，上下文一致。
open sdk不支持的情况下，https://github.com/ucloud/ucloud-sdk-java/blob/fc19ad89ebd5367954434c0e8aae44c0245bd73b/ucloud-sdk-java-common/src/main/java/cn/ucloud/common/util/Signature.java Java的签名算法，建议也加进去。很多客户服务端是Java。
