After activating “airplane mode”, cellular data becomes unavailable about ubuntu-touch

I reproduce the issue on my FP2 (stable channel, version=r3), see screenshot below after exiting flight mode:

Cellular data ("Données cellulaires" in french) button is grayed and is inoperable.

For me this is confirmed.

There is another abnormal behavior (may be to described in a new issue?). I can activate wifi during flight mode. I don't think this is the expected behavior, wifi and wifi button should be disabled during flight mode. See screenshot below where flightmode and wifi are both activated:

I have the same problem, after exiting airplane mode, I cannot turn on the data connection.

• Device: Fairphone 2
• Channel: Stable
• Build: 16.04 OTA-8 freshly installed

Please note that the toggle also is disabled in the settings app, not only in the header. Moreover (probably unrelated but you never know), I also use the french local.

Hi everyone. To avoid waves next to my head and limit battery consumption, I turn on flight mode every night. Which means that, every morning, I have to reboot my phone to get data connection toggle back. This is annoying me a lot, I will pay 50 bucks to anyone who fixes that bug. Please, someone, step up!

Hi this bug also annoyed me!
Let's try to find it (with my knowledge and the time I can afford, it could be solved in a few ... years or decades! but that's a start)
From what I understand, in system-settings:

• flight mode control is managed in: flight-mode-helper.cpp
• and cellular data control is managed here: DataMultiSim.qml
  The bug is probably not here (because the bug affects only FP2 and this code is common for all devices). It should be at a lower level, but that's all I am able to do (and i may be wrong)!

I deeply want to see that one fixed, it's very annoying to have to reboot my phone everyday. Does UT encourage adding bounties with platform like bountysource? I'm willing to pay $50 to see this one fixed.
