The mysql container is complaining about running as root. I'll update if I get this working.

I was able to get the build to run after replacing ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar with:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ant-contrib/ant-contrib/1.0b3/ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar

I have followed the notes and build was successful. But facing above error while executing bootstrap.sh script. Please advise.

The links that you've provided in order to download the binaries return HTTP 403. Did anything change in the organization's download policy ? Are these links supposed to still work ?

The missing showing SailPoint IdentityIQ Docker CI/CD Process in README.md is missing. It points to a link on GitHub that returns "Not Found".

the initial build failed because of missing build-lib/ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar.
build.xml expecting the jar

you should probably mention the necessary use of the vreate.sh and rebuild.sh scripts...
I had not seen them at first and I found some other way to init the database manually running the scripts and hoping I was using the right ones in the right order ;)

Maybe something obvious to you or I missed quite a lot of reading on the parent repo UberEther ;)
