jslm32's Issues

Networking support

I think it'd be really useful with jsmodem-like networking support in jslm32, and I'd like to start working on it. Do you have any recommendations for how to implement it? I don't know anything about the LatticeMico platform, but I see there is an UART. I guess it could be used as in jsmodem?

input in chrome not working

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be able to type in the demo page, but loading it in Chrome 26 on OSX doesn't actually let me type in the console.

100% browser CPU usage even though guest OS "idle"

This usability issue makes jslm32 turn the fans of laptops. Some people even get afraid that their laptop breaks if the CPU fan starts spinning. So I think it's a pretty major issue since it's discouraging people from using this over jsLinux.

I don't know if the LatticeMico supports anything like the x86 HLT instruction, if it doesn't I can see how this might be very hard to prevent, as I don't know how the emulator would know if the guest is idle.

jsLinux does not consume 100% CPU time when "idle".
