Limit only to Projects

Maybe it would be smarter to limit it only to projects as there are a huge amount of organizations that use Github.

Alphabetical order for contributions

Contribution lists seem to be alphabetical de facto. Any value in making that a formal rule on the contributions guide?

Community Slack/Gitter Server

Not strictly an issue related to this repository itself, but would there be any interest in a community Slack or Gitter server to coordinate working on @ubcfoss projects / general discussion about software development within the UBC community? (Or if one already exists, adding a README badge linking to it would be helpful!)
