Summarize 2017 project progress and achievements as a blog article

We've stopped renewing the old domain at www.ubcchemecar.com and the page now points to something that's not very Chem-E-Car related.

Fork old projects (2017 car, beer etc.) that you want to keep from the ubcchemecar github to the ubcenvision github. https://github.com/ubcchemecar
Remove all references to ubcchemecar.com in the envision website.

Main directory should be kept clean
Remove redundant keywords in those pages for search engine optimization.
This reverts my changes as well as the members purged.
Will have to close this and manually add alumni members.
