job should fail if there is an permission issue

Error from server (Forbidden): pods is forbidden: 
User "system:serviceaccount:kube-tools:i-see-dead-pods" cannot list resource "pods" in API group "" at the cluster scope

Error when there are no images to delete

I see the following output in my job logs when there are no pods to delete.

This doesn't really cause any issues, but can be easily rectified by updating xargs to utilize the "no run if empty" flag. This flag prevents xargs from executing the command if the input it gets on stdin is empty (as it would be if there are no errored pods).
