dont have __name__ stuff
it's not worth it to teach __name__ stuff

Flask(__name__) - dont check it before
app.run
accept whitespace when asking for SIDs
during make install, lots of students get kicked out of make-install when their clipboard has a leading or trailing newline that gets selected when they get thier SIDs and auth tokens
dont ask for custom route in make install
its confusing to have another question and its not in our material to use a custom route
bootcamp runner should display URL of app
https://docs.c9.io/docs/custom-runners shows a variable that can be printed
