While discussing a retro item, it might be nice to have big timer visible, with the ability to add more time if needed.

So that when people share URLs it shows something descriptive

Give your coworker a virtual Beer. "YA! Nice work 🚂 "

• Each user can add two votes to any of the items
• Can vote for the same item twice
• Any user can hit a "Done" button
• What happens next?
  • Maybe order by most votes descending

After the retro as a team we want to pick a few things to make action items for next sprint.

When the text inputs are at the bottom of the columns they will become obscured and misaligned as cards are added. If they are at the top of the column they will maintain their position.

To Reproduce

1. Visit https://better-retros.com/test
2. Click on the retro ID box but don't change anything
3. Click elsewhere on the page
4. Notice the crash

I did notice a console error about Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'start' of undefined but I've been able to reproduce the crash without seeing that console error so it may be unrelated.

• Do we need user accounts?
• How do we add people to a retrospective?
  • Add by user account?
  • Sharable public link?

The export would be easier to read if the participant name were included next to each retoro item.
