Hi maybe you can add a attach file system to send it with the email using Php-mail.

Add spinner

How to add spinner while waiting email to be send. Just before "Message Submitted!" Thank you

Not working in modal window

Hello and thank you for this great form,

I'm using the form inside a modal (#myModal) - is there anyway to close this 2 seconds after form successful submit?

Also is it possible to disallow closing the window?

Please help?
