Installing

1. Download the repository using the "Download ZIP" button
2. Unzip the files and rename the resulting folder to ghostly-boots
3. Copy the folder into your Ghost theme directory ghost/content/themes/
4. Restart Ghost
5. Log in to Ghost and in the settings select the ghostly-boots theme and save
