Hacktoberfest 2020: Fix the deadlink

Currently, there are a couple of deadlinks in README.md such as these in Content Table, you click these it goes nowhere and that's really bad user experience:

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Create a section for each deadlink in the content table and add text for example "Coming soon" or something, such that users know that content is work in progress.

Python3 for Systems Administrator is now under 30 stars and looks like the open-source community is finding it very useful. Thus, we more people reviewing the document and adding more content.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Review the content on Python3 for Systems Administrator (Difficulty: Easy)
  2. Find where things should/could be made better such as grammar fixes, command typo, and overall make it easier for users to understand (Difficulty: Easy)
  3. Suggestion for new content or modify existing material, for e.g: examples and so on (Difficulty: Medium)
