Not displaying data text on bottom of modules for chat. Normally I have 2 stats, guild, friends, money and choice of an addon icon there. I logged out and updated curseforge - Benikui updated. I came back into game and those data texts are now missing and I'm getting a swatter message, 2 of them.
I expect it to display the data texts I have chosen for those spots in the UI.
As stated above, I updated Benik UI and now the errors are popping up when logging into game.
I have not found a solution, hence the reason I am here to report it.

< I would like for the Unit Frame Health Prediction Absorbs Style to have a new option, making it so that we can have absorbs that only cover the health bar to the left rather than extending past the current health to the right. PLZ & TY. >

< The first photo is using ELVUI Player frame and shows the Absorb bar extending both left and right past the actual/current health. The Second photo is using Z-Perl Unit Player Frame and shows the Absorb Bar extending only to the left, like most and nearly all Unit Frame addons do. The way that ELVUI handles absorbs in this manor makes it difficult for one to guess how much absorb one has left. >
When an enemy mob casts a spell, the cast bar on both the target frame and nameplate does not display.
Enemy cast should display immediately display when cast starts.
Enemy casts do not display unless you deselect/run out of nameplate distance, then re-select/run back into range before the spell is complete. Tested on classic era realm and season of mastery beta realm with only elv ui enabled.
Other addons such as ClassicCastbars is showing cast bars correctly.

Currently switching the Status Bar Texture (ElvUI Settings - Unit Frames - StatusBar Texture) changes all bars to be that texture (auras, raid frames, player frames, etc). It would be a lovely cosmetic change to allow players to change each texture separately.
the ["middleClickFocus"] setting is not exporting when exporting a profile, this is for all unitframes that have this option, arena-target-boss..etc

The cooldown text for flasks in the buff bar next to the minimap start at 1 hour instead of 2 hours. The moment the timer hits 0 it goes back to 1 hour until it reaches 0 again and the flask actually expires. It might be an issue with all buffs that last more than 1 hour.

Aura durations are not always up to date. Noticed it on elixirs for the most part during raiding.
Tooltip is correct afaik. Elixirs often stayed at 59 minutes even thirty minutes into usage.
Edit: This started happening after the recent updates of ElvUI. I am sure before 2.19 this was working as intended.
I don't know which of the updates broke the feature.
Duration should match effective value.
I used elixirs in a 25 man raid. Duration stayed at 59 minutes instead of showing actual time.

After using the new Covenant switch ability of the game, i switched to a Covenant my character never has had before, therefore there are no soulbinds available and the minimap icon disappeared forever.
The minimap Soulbind Covenant icon should switch to the new Covenant symbol.

I then purchased the new item and unlocked all 3 soulbinds, but the icon remained hidden. I checked the settings (see screenshot) which seem to be ok. Even after switching back to the old Covenant, the Icon never came back.
I also tested this on another character which already had soulbinds in the Covenant I switched to, there it worked as expected. The icon switched to the new Covenant.

It uses the wrong border color for items, for example:
Korthian Caretaker's Mitts (cloth hands) (epic item) is green border colored
Phantasmic Infuser (epic item) is grey border colored
To show the correct quality color, epic items > epic border color
As said above: Showing item tooltip with wrong border color when Item Quality (at Tooltip options) is checked on

Since the last update the chat-bar seems to miss the "ELVUI"-Button in the chat-bar below (or above) the left chat-window.
There should be a button for the quick launch of the ELVUI-menu.

The borders are thicker then in other parts of the UI

Created a new character and logged in for the first time in about a month.
Had several errors (including not seeing the Player stats panel and not seeing ElvUI mods on the Target panel), so I did my usual wipe of the entire "AddOns" folder and the WTF folder inside of _retail_
.
Re-installing ElvUI from the Windows App and again from ZIP file, I still had the same errors, so I went ahead and installed the "!Swatter" module from Auctioneer since it provides great debug data.
Same errors keep occurring despite wipe and re-install of the entire _retail_
folder.
ElvUI should overlay the standard Player and Target windows as in the past - along with not

The addon is saying that my elvui is out of date and it isnt and wont install the "update" when i push update on it

After just update (without any changing settings) from 2.18 to 2.21 debuffs on target's UnitFrame changes their position randomly:
Debuffs always have position that set in settings.
I select myself in target, then select enemy, then myself, then enemy, etc - and every time debuffs having different position.
Seems it only happens in raids, but not sure.
Can't test it more and troubleshoot it because there are no training dummies in TBCC.

After I updated TBC ElvUI to v2.21, I don't see any heal prediction for HoT spells.
I enabled all Heal prediction in player/party/raid unit frame but it always shows heal prediction for direct heal only.
It used to show HoT spells as well.
Please check and fix this issue.

On recent update to 2.19 the ClassBar stopped showing as part of the player Unitframe. I attempted to detach it, and it still is not showing.
ClassBar should show and give combo point details.

When using an item from the bag, the CD is now visible on the icon until you re-open the bag. No external CD addons are used, only ElvUI CD timer.

I would love an option to display an icon on items that are part of an equipment set similar to the Junk/Scrap/Upgrade Icons.
The icon itself could be a small shirt or something along those lines.

I have considered using a separate addon like Caerdon Wardrobe to do this, but the addon implements a lot of indicators that ElvUI already has.

No interrupt announce since the last update (2.19).
Previously, interrupt were announced in /say.
Since the update, nothing (at least in /say, didn't test the others).
In the settings, the announces are selected to be done on "Say".
Interrupts should be announced via the selected channel in the settings (/say in my case).

The micromenu is shown, but sort of broken since the last update. It seems to be split up between the third and the fourth button, the lower half is a bit pushed to the right side.

Workaround: Switch "Keep size ratio" off and on again. Works for some time, but gets back to the error after a while. Don't know why.

Mainly whenever I play Disc Priest I think about how much I'd like the option to color the raid frames of players with atonement in a specific color instead of heaving the buff indicator.

I'd love to have the option to color the party and raid frames in a specific color if the unit is affected by a specific buff. Maybe this could just be an option within the aura indicators.

I've considered this addon which basically does this: https://github.com/Vekkt/ElvUI_BuffHighlight
But it has a few flaws (f.e. you can't use it if you use class colored unit frames). And I think in general that this could be a feature a lot of people would like to have without installing an additional addon or switching to GRID2 or other raid frame addons.

Have done a clean re-install of Tukui Client. Client still reporting that ElvUI Reatil and ElvUI TBC are out of date and will not update them. Update seems to stop a little past half-way through. Suggestions

Apparently with the union of ElvUI's different versions, the rezz indicator seems to be missing in the Classic TBC version of ElvUI. As there is no mass rezz in Classic BC yet, please add this option again.

I updated ElvUI from 12.44 to 12.46 today and found that I can no longer use the Pepsi font that I've been using for Combat text or any other text in the game:
I first checked that SharedMedia.lua
was correctly updated to include the addition of Pepsi.ttf
which it was:
I then tried restarting the game multiple times, deleting AddMedia('font','Pepsi.ttf', 'Pepsi')
and starting the game without it, then adding it back to no avail. I still can't add the font to the game
The expected behaviour is that I can select Pepsi from the menu and then the game uses that font for combat text
I can't select Pepsi from the menu as ElvUI doesn't pick it up for some reason
I don't really have an idea, but since it worked in 12.44 something must've broken it in 12.46.

I'm having quite a hard time to pixel-perfect position the detached power bar as the anchor becomes free floating. Also, whenever I move my health bar, I need to redo the positioning of the power bar.
Additionally, this would also give the possibility to have the "detach" option available for group units where it is missing at the moment.

Once "Detached from frame" is checked, there could be new options appearing to give the origin point of the health frame (TOP, BOTTOMRIGHT, etc.) and X/Y offsets for the same point (or a different one, but that would require an additional option and I'm not sure that is necessary) of the power frame.
The actual behaviour could stay but it could be an additional choice: Free floating (existing) / Position (new)

I play a resto druid and I have seen other druids that use grid2 cast rejuvenation HoTs on players and it changes the color of the unitframe ... at first i thought this was silly but as my UI evolves I now find myself in mythic raiding where I need to increase healing output needing this feature. I have colored all my unit frames to grey, the name is colored to class colors... when i canst rejuvenation i want the unit frame to turn pink also, i would like the counter to remain in the top right hand corner

Using player classbar on center of screen and noticed warlock cannot be rly affected by "auto-hide" feature. It hides classbar when full or empty, but warlock is kinda never having it, which means it will always be shown on my screen.
An option to hide out of combat or adding visibility state so anyone can customize as they want, would solve this problem

As described above, if you could add visibility state just as Action Bars have, anyone could customize when they want to see classbar. IF its too much of pain, then it would be awesome to have at least "hide out of combat" option.

For free-to-play accounts, the XP bar does not hide when the character reaches max level (20).

Power text in the wrong place from time to time. No other addons enabled.
The power text is a custom text set to be attached to the power frame, it keeps reattaching itself to the health frame after a few moments, and I need to /refresh so the power text goes back to the designated frame.

The leader icon on both player and target unitframes for as long as I can remember shows up behind other frames such as buffs and debuffs. It would be nice if it could take priority and be forced to be in front of other frames. I have looked for strata options and such but nothing I have tried has been an effective solution. I have attached an example that shows what happens with both player and target unitframes. No change between them so the picture will show an example. The leader icon in this example is the shadow in the top left corner.

I would like to have a possibility to create customtext for Namplates like for the Unitframes and/ or a Option for the Stylfilter to manipulate the size/ anchor/ positon of a text, for example > if triggerd > change name font size from 10 to 20 and achor from topright to top.
As the title says, Backpack Only option within "Bag Bar" tab wont work if you have Bags disabled
It should hide all my other bags from the Bag Bar

Unitframes for friendly units (target, targettarget, party, raid etc) fade at all range on my rogue, even if i'm next to them, even if i target myself.
On the Target Fader for example, i have Enabled checked and only "Range" checked, all the rest blank. Same with all the other Individual or Group Units.
Elvui updated to last version (2.21). Not sure if it was broken with 2.21/2.20/2.19 though.
Worked fine before 2.19, long time user of ElvUI.
I have several characters and this issue is not happening on others, using the exact same settings.
ONLY HAPPENS ON MY ROGUE. Maybe a talent issue, some info specific to the rogue that ElvUI is not catching?
Friendly Unitframes should not be faded if close to them, and Target Unitframe should not be faded if i target myself.
Friendly Unitframes fade at every range, including if i'm next to the player or if i target myself.
The issue is only with Friendly units however, the Range Fader works well with enemy players / units.

If you use the ElvUI Threat Bar Vertical, you need a X-Offset for the Text to get better Positions.
If you use ElvUI together with BenkUI and use the BenkUI Threat Text you need a Option to Disable the Thread Text from ElvUI.

Here is a Screen to show the X-Offset issue when using a Vertical Bar.
On my UI its on the right side of the Target Frame and the Threat Text is hidden by the Target Frame.
With an X-Offset it would be possible to let the text on the right side of the thread bar.
I'm trying to change the X and Y offsets of the boss frame's cast bar texts, but the Time offsets aren't applied.
They are instead linked to the Text offsets.
The Time offsets should apply to the "time" text, not the "text" text.
The options are linked together and the Time text settings are ignored.
