Encryption - Long Runs
First run is up to 0x5B0 bytes
Subsequent runs are up to 0x5B4 bytes
For each run the IV is the same
IV is shuffled only after all the runs are done
The above algorithm currently is not implemented. At this point in time this poses no issue, however once packets start getting larger it, encryption/decryption will fail.

IV does not shuffle
IV isn't being shuffled at the end of an encryption round
Encrypting more than 16 bytes is wrong
Every 16 bytes the IV is reset instead of being fed in again
