you can change them yourself...always validate what ports you currently use.

TrueCharts recommends to optionally setup metallb and metallb-config each chart gets their own IP instead of sharing the same one.

for most charts you can also setup ingress and access the charts via a domain instead the lan IP and port, thats another option where you can just set the service ports to clusterIP which closes the port off to the lan, all you have to do is reolve the domain locally with a dns server like blocky. (this wont expose it to the big bad internet).
