We don't intend to manually add each and every possible env var for each and every application.
Custom env vars exist specifically for this usecase. So everything is precisely working as intended.

You're free to add it in a PR, but we're not going to keep this issue for tracking, otherwise we can literally start adding 9999 issues for env vars that could be added

While I agree that adding random env vars would be a never ending task, I do think that the baseline settings for the outline image should bypass the need or use of AWS S3 or Minio. These two environment variables serve that purpose.

Setting up S3 adds unnecessary complexity.
