Main issue described in title :)

Now, there is no straight-forward mechanism to place link inside custom cvcontacts, like it is done automatically by predefined cvcontacts.

Some aliases missing

Thanks for your update !

I found some regressions, compared to CTAN package.
E.g. \faStarEmpty is an alias for \faStarO.

I will have a look to list the missing aliases.
