I'm not sure how it works currenty. If you can't fix this behaviour please use state_machine instead.

I can't reproduce this behaviour - on my machine this works as expected.

Hi guys, switched to state_machine instead
I was using Rails 3.0.3 and REE
If you can't re-produce and nobody else has commented, might as well close this issue
