I think the parameter files should be copied to the respective directories in this repo and not just live in Trixi.jl. First of all, this makes it much easier to view, understand, and modify them; second, it simplifies the commands required for reproduction. What do you think, @ranocha?

Since we removed the Manifest from Trixi.jl, I had to re-install Trixi's dependencies on multiple occasions. We just should make sure before we tag a release that all instructions work on a vanilla Julia installation, e.g., by temporarily renaming ~/.julia.

I'll add Project.toml files as placeholders right now. Once Trixi.jl is registered officially, we have to update them and add appropriate Manifest.toml files.

We need to

• activate Zenodo for this repository
• check whether .zenodo.json is up-to-date (ORCID of Gregor? Version number of this repro repo?)
