[Bug] Settings aren't working as expected

When using these settings:

I get the following behavior:

• While wearing no armor I take no damage from berries, sneaking or not.
• While wearing any armor, I take damage from berries while not sneaking, and none while sneaking.

This doesn't seem right. With these settings I'd expect to always take damage when not sneaking and never take damage when sneaking, regardless of armor.

The settings could also use a bit more explanation. It's not clear whether "requireBootsToWalk": true means wearing boots lets you avoid damage even while sneaking or if it means you must both sneak and wear boots to avoid damage.

Not compatible with 1.15.2

Game crashes while noting me that 1.15.1 is required

Movement speed decreases when colliding with berries

Movement speed slows down even slower than default sneak speed while colliding with berries. This makes this mod much less helpful.

Could you add the same effect to Ars' Source Berries?

Ars Nouveau adds their own berries, Source Berries, and they also behave similarly to Sweet berries, so could you add so the Sneak effect works on them too?

1.16.1 not working for Forge

1.16.1 not working on Forge, says that is a Liteloader Mod?

I'm not usually the guy annoying devs with these sort of questions, but since this mod seems quite abandoned, I wanted to ask if you plan on updating it to the latest MC version.

1.16.5 availability

Is this mod still compatible with 1.16.5? If so could you add the tag for it so that CurseForge client users can find and add the mod to their packs?

i'd like to see the behaviour extended to include mobs as well as players

Version 1.16.1-1.0.1 not working with Forge

I've added this mod to my modpack for testing (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/quality-of-life-qol) and I get the following error on starting up the pack:
"File sneak-through-berries-1.16.1-1.0.1.jar is a Fabric mod and cannot be loaded"

Move to Jared's MultiLoader

Low priority as it doesn't affect the content of the mod at all.

Leave Architectury for Jared's MultiLoader
