The public code points to a nmake file (makefile.def) that is in the directory 
above, unfortunately there is no makefile.def included in the source code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest source version.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open windbg x86, attach to target.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is files created on disk blah{num}.dot, but no files are 
created. In windbg the breakpoint is definetly hit and the ref count is 
definetly logged:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using latest debugging tools, using vs.dll downloaded from viscope page, using 
Windows7.

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems the instructions in the Usage wiki do not match the actual required 
instructions, cannot pinpoint the cause in the source file.
