Add support for Ollydbg 2.xx

Nowadays, Ollydbg v1.10 is still one of the most used debuggers but th euse of 
Ollydbg 2.xx is rising so it would be nice to have a version of aadp4olly with 
support for Ollydbg 2.xx.

"aadp4olly.dll" causes OllyDbg to crash when ImmunityDbg is not installed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install OllyDbg v1.10
2. Install aadp4olly.dll
3. (Do NOT install ImmunityDbg!)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error Message:
OLLYDBG.EXE - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because immunitydebugger.exe was not 
found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. 


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
aadp4olly - Anti-Anti-Debugger Plugin for Olly v0.2.1
WinXP SP3

ImmunityDebugger v1.85 Can't pass Themida

i debug a file pack with 'Themida',but my immunitydebuger died.

DONT RUN

Hello. I have olly 1.10. I installed aadp4olly v.0.2.1. My system is win xp sp3 
for spanish.I copied TitanEngine.dll to the Ollydbg's folder and the 
aadp4olly.dll to my plugin folder for ollydbg. The problem is when I run 
ollydbg.exe say me this window message: "No se encuentra el punto de entrada 
del procedimiento GetProcessImageFileNameA en la biblioteca de vínculos 
dinámicos PSAPI.DLL", or in english: "Dont can find the Entry Point to 
procedure GetProcessImageFileNameA in the Dinamics Library Links PSAPI.DLL". 
The true, i dont know what hope.The plugin dont is showed into olly.Please: 
helpme. Thanks all.

When aadp fails

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Plain ollydbg v1.1
Debug graphstudio.exe 
(http://blog.monogram.sk/janos/tools/monogram-graphstudio/)

2.
Activate all options in aadp, restart and run

3.
In graphstudio:
File -> Render Media File
Choose a proper mkv file

The graph now shown should include "Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder"

4.
Press play button.

An "ActiveMovie Window" will be shown with the video.

The video picture will be corrupted.
Which means the debugger was detected.


What is the expected output?
The debugger should be hidden.
The video picture should not be corrupted.

What do you see instead?
Debugger was detected !

What version of the product are you using?
aadp4olly v0.2.1 (aadp4olly v0.2.1.7z)

On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate(64-bit)
