Extra loot packets

Would be useful to send these events to observers:

  1. Loot window open
  2. Loot window close
  3. Money loot
  4. Loot given via Master Loot
  5. Loot window updates

Command suggestion

I suggest to remove .deobserve and rather use a single .observe that will turn it on if it's off, and turn it off if it's already observing (simpler to use, no need to remember anything and if u type .observe you won't see .deobserve listed so you could miss it)

or add a subcommand like .observe on XXX and .observe off XXX

(Haven't tried it but read your readme since it's well done)
