This code is related to the backend of a telegram bot at https://t.me/winger_encryption_bot

But you can run this on any other telegram bot :

1. Create a virtualenv and activate it

2. Install the required packages:

    pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Make .env file:

    echo "API_TOKEN=<your bot token here>" > .env

4. Run the python file:

    python bot.py
