This Hospital Management System is designed for Plainsview Hospital located in Kiambu, Ruiru. The system is designed to assist Plainview Hospital to manage their day to day activities from handling patient's appointments, to assign doctors to patients, to manage prescriptions and diagnosis, to facilitate online payment for medication by the patients.
The solution is to create one system that will serve both the patients and the doctors. The system will assist the doctors in quickly retrieving information about a patient so as to make sure they provide safe diagnosis and prescriptions. The system also allows for regular update of information in the database. The system also allows for patients to quickly and easily pay for their prescriptions and make appointments to see a doctor at anytime which makes it convenient for them
Each user has access to their own portal where they can access the specified features, so in the patient portal, the patient can make apointments, pay for medical bills, add allergies and more.
