Using python-3.4:

>>> from eulerlib import numtheory
>>> divs = numtheory.Divisors()
>>> divs.phi(512)
256.0
>>> divs.phi(1024)
1024

This behavior is caused by an odd line in prime_factors_only:

elif ((num < 2) or (num > self.limit)):
       return []

Just because the input to be factored is larger than the prime limit shouldn't mean we can't factor the number. In particular, 1024=2^10, so this should output [2], but currently outputs [] as a result of the elif condition.
