We want to make a phylogenetic tree indicating traits around the outer rim, a little like this one from Madin et al 2016

@wcornwell suggests suing the tree from Smith & Brown 2018 and the package ggtree

Current version is mostly in word, with sections generated via Rmd. Suggest generating the whole thing from Rmd, as this would enable us to

• automatically update numbers in the text (e.g. number of records, species etc)
• merge the references from the data citations with the references from the text
• autogenerate author list and affiliations

@dindiarto will give this a go when ready

I realised that many e-mails have comments on both the manuscript and edits. Let's keep a list here of people who've attached edits to the data paper to make sure their comments aren't missed. Check them off as you finish them... (List is currently barely started...Probably need to trawl through lots of e-mails.)
