Transfer images sent to google forms to discord

SETUP(for beginners)

1. Create google forms
2. Setup as shown in the image below.

3. Go to the Responses tab and create a spreadsheet.

4.　Open the extension and click on Apps script.

5. Paste code.gs

6. Go to the Triggers tab and set the trigger as follows

Enter the WEBHOOK_URL and you're done!
