Project Explorer (~5%) Dec-12-2012

Project Explorer has reached integrated status and will now be developed on the main branch.

Purpose: Project Explorer will display the project in a virtual hierarchy. Using a "folder and file" style layout on a tree widget, Project Explorer will be flexible and provide quick and easy project management.

Execution: Project Explorer is a QDockWidget. Inside the QDockWidget many other higher level QWidget elements exist. The dock will only be allowed to dock on the left and right side of the screens.
