Add support for IAsyncEnumerable<T>

INdjsonWriter.WriteAsync should implement cancellation instruction

I.e
INdjsonWriter interface:
Task WriteAsync(object value, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default);

Implemantation example:
await JsonSerializer.SerializeAsync(_writeStream, value, valueType, _jsonSerializerOptions, cancellationToken: cancellationToken);
await _writeStream.WriteAsync(_newlineDelimiter, cancellationToken: cancellationToken);
await _writeStream.FlushAsync(cancellationToken, cancellationToken: cancellationToken);

.net core post with x-ndjson type error

Hi. Could you please provide example how to send post request with that type?
I dont need to parse response, only send request. I created correct request, but HttpClient response 400 or 406.
