cheat's Issues

Make `SET_UP` and `TEAR_DOWN` optional.

Some unit tests can do without these, so ideally it'd be possible to make a test file without them. Ideas? (#define NO_SET_UP is one way... but that's not much of a solution).

Provide a fake `stdin`.

Fake stdout and stderr are already provided to capture output from functions; a fake stdin is needed in order to test main functions. I don't know what the best interface would be for this.

`unix` isn't always defined

cheat_helpers checks for the unix macro, which isn't defined by all unices. This isn't the best way to check if everything necessary for the helpers is already defined. Maybe check for posix iunno.
